Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") govern the access and use of the online platform provided by MMV Solutions (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

By accessing and using the platform, the user expressly and unconditionally accepts these T&C.

2. Definitions

Platform – the website and online application provided by the Provider;
User – any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the Platform;
Services – accounting, tax consulting and company management services offered through the Platform;
Subscription – the service package purchased by the User for a determined period;
Account – the account created by the User on the Platform.

3. Account Creation

To use the Services, the User must create an account by providing correct and complete information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of authentication data and all activities carried out through their account.

4. Services and Subscriptions

The Provider offers accounting and tax consulting services through various subscription packages. The detailed description of each package, including price and duration, is available on the Platform.

Displayed prices are in RON and include VAT (19%). The Provider reserves the right to modify prices, with changes applying only to new subscriptions.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment is made online through the Stripe payment processor or by fiscal invoice. The fiscal invoice is automatically issued after payment processing.

The User is obligated to provide correct and complete billing information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), the User has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the service has not already been fully provided.

7. User Obligations

To provide correct and complete information;
Not to use the Platform for illegal purposes;
To comply with applicable Romanian legislation;
Not to transfer the right to use the account to third parties.

8. Provider Obligations

To provide Services according to description and professional standards;
To protect Users' personal data;
To ensure optimal Platform operation;
To respond to Users' requests within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of the Platform, including technical interruptions or errors. The Provider's liability is limited to the value of the paid subscription.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the Platform and its content belong to the Provider. Reproduction, distribution or use of content without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Modification of T&C

The Provider reserves the right to modify these T&C. Modifications will be communicated to Users by email or by display on the Platform.

12. Applicable Law

These T&C are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of Bucharest.
