MMV Application Terms of Use

1. About the application

The MMV application (the "App") is provided by MMV Smart Consulting SRL (the "Provider"), established in Romania. The App is available as a web application and as a mobile application for iOS and Android.

The App is a working tool for the Provider's clients: it allows uploading accounting documents, reviewing financial data, communicating with the accounting team, managing trip sheets, issuing invoices and receipts, and accessing reports.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By installing, accessing or using the App, the user accepts these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

3. Account and access

• Access is based on an account created by the Provider when services are activated, or by the user through the ordering platform.
• The user is responsible for keeping the login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through the account.
• Access to modules depends on the active subscription and on the user's role (client, accountant, legal advisor, administrator, etc.).
• Using the App requires a valid subscription. When the subscription expires, access is restricted until renewal.

4. Permitted use

The user undertakes:

• to upload only genuine documents that belong to them or that they are entitled to represent;
• not to attempt to access data belonging to other users or companies;
• not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to transmit illegal content;
• not to decompile, modify or redistribute the App;
• not to disrupt the service (abusive automated access, overload attempts, etc.).

5. User content

Documents and information uploaded remain the property of the user. The Provider processes them solely in order to deliver the contracted services (accounting, payroll, reporting, support) and under the terms of the App's Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and updates

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the App available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or for reasons beyond the Provider's control (network, ANAF services, app stores).

The App may be updated periodically. Some features may require installing the latest version.

7. Third-party services

At the user's initiative, the App may communicate with external services: ANAF (SPV, e-Invoicing, e-Transport), payment processors, push notification services. Use of those services is also subject to the terms of the respective operators.

8. Limitation of liability

The App provides management and information tools. Tax and accounting decisions are made based on official documents and direct advice from the Provider's team. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Suspension and termination

The Provider may suspend access in case of abusive use, non-payment or breach of these terms. The user may request account closure at any time, subject to the statutory obligations to archive accounting documents.

10. Account deletion

Deletion of the account and associated data may be requested from within the App or by email, at the contact address published on the website. Documents subject to a legal retention obligation are archived for the period required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

The Provider may update these terms. The version in force is the one published in the App and on the website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
